Sounds good to me, Dani. I'm flexible, so I'll let others chime in on place and time.

i think we can work you in Zac!!!! Three and Three still is fine. I'll just leave the CBR 600rr at home and have Aftershocks deal with it another day or at the next AFM race...no hurry on it at all.

HERE'S SOME SOLID TIMES:
Friday a.m. we leave the farm NO LATER THAN 5:45 a.m. with two trucks, two trailers, 6 track prepped bikes (Everyone have WaterWetter and Good tires by now-you'd better!! Have your $15.00 cashola donation towards the gas/taxi ride round trip ready...I'm sick of chasing down 530ers for money owed, so don't make me please!!
We stop at the exit before Willows for Bfast and Gas.
We'll be at Thill by 7:45 so you guys have a full 1/2 hour to check tires, unload, and get all nervous=hit the porta pottys before the Rider's meeting which is usually at 8:15....then at 9 you'll have an additional 1/2 hour+ to dress and get ready. Your C group will leave on the :40 of each hour.
We should track prep the bikes on Wednesady afternoon after 2 p.m. and before 8 p.m. everything should be loaded., then load up all the gear, then checklist that each guys has what he needs to get on the track.. We will have 1 cooler, and bring the drinks you want and lunch, or you can buy lunch there. We will have one tire air tank, and one tire gauge...Motoshoes will always let us use theirs, so we don't need to overload....Few tools guys!!!...there are plenty of guys that will have an arsenal of stuff to lend out....less is better.
There is shade and enough places to sit on our trailers.
Bed BY 10 the night before...
....now we just need a Monday night meet time....7:30-8 p.m. at Pluto's?? Smile Smile

Unless your tire is completely flat, a bicycle pump works really well. It's all Dave and I take, and it's more than enough.

I'll have all my tools. It includes esoteric stuff like 36mm socket for the rear axle and 24mm hex for the front. Are we all going to pit together? If we get there early, that shouldn't be a problem. Dani, you planning on taking a spot under the canopy?

That would be ideal....with you, and next to J and J and under the canopy would be even more ideal!!! Cool Smile
would it be too much to ask for 80 degrees and windless weather too?? Wink

is an health insurance id card needed?

i have all the info, but i lost the card and they said it takes about a week and a half for another to get to me.

so i wouldn't have one physically in hand for the track day.

You don't need physical proof of health insurance. You have to sign saying that you have health insurance. Never ride without it though.

J and I will get there Thursday night and be pitting in the RV area. It's nice to plug the trailer in and have AC running for the dogs. If we are lucky we will get the front (closest) RV space, but who knows.

I'd say the chances of you getting that particular RV space are slim to none, seeing as how I plan on snagging it a day earlier. Very Happy

And no, an ID card is not needed.

I think he's 35 or 40 per wheel. Try JT, pretty sure he's cheaper. I'll PM you his number if you want it.
